Terms

The terms, in plain words.

By using FreeLibrary.ai, you agree to these terms. We've kept them as short and clear as we can.

1. Who we are

FreeLibrary.ai is run by Ilektra Radioti, an individual based in Greece. Contact: hello@freelibrary.ai.

2. Your account

3. Your writing is yours

4. What you publish

5. AI in the Studio

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe something in the Library copies your work, use the Report link on the book, or write to hello@freelibrary.ai with the book's address, what's been copied, and your contact details. We'll review it and remove it if it infringes.

7. Paying for FreeLibrary.ai

FreeLibrary.ai is free for now. If we add paid plans, we'll show the price and what's included before you choose one, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

8. Keep backups

We work hard to keep the site running and your writing safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. Please download backups of your Studio books now and then (Studio → Settings → Download backup).

9. Responsibility

We provide FreeLibrary.ai as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for what other people publish or say. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

10. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms or the Library rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

11. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site before it applies. These terms are governed by Greek law, and disputes go to the courts of Athens. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to go to the courts there.
